Why I Train

 

I began my exercise journey first with curiosity in how the human body works. This eventually lead to studying Kinesiology and then furthering my craft with additional focus in functional strength, conditioning and preventive therapy. Using all of my background, I combine everything into one approach for a sustainable and effective training program. While coaching my clients to reach their goals, I will teach and explain why we're doing specific exercises. Whether new to weight lifting, overcoming an injury or not sure where to start, I’ll meet my client on their level.
